I build Notion operating systems that connect, organize, and automate the behind-the-scenes work of running a creative business.

For creative teams who depend on a web of partners, tools, and information spread across too many places. You know how it goes: that one spreadsheet with endless new tabs. The client’s “small change” that turns into a week of unbilled work.
I build systems that bring everything you’re mentally duct-taping together into one manageable place, so running your studio asks less of you and feels (dare I say) more enjoyable.

Bring your context, conversations, tasks, and decisions into one place.

Services
A fully custom system, built around how you work. This covers everything from process audits and a done-for-you build to team training and 30 days of post-launch support to leave you confident in your new operating system.
A refresh for teams that already have a system in place but know it could work better. We’ll pressure-test how your setup works day to day, find what’s slowing things down, and improve the parts that feel clunky or confusing.
A monthly partnership for anyone with an existing system who wants to keep improving it as their business does. Each month we review what's working and roadmap what's next, including weekly calls and dedicated build hours.
Sometimes you just need one good hour and someone to think out loud with. A focused 60 min to untangle a specific problem or think through your operations strategy and leave with a clear path forward.

Hi I’m Cynthia 👋🏾, an creative ops strategist + systems builder
After nine years leading product launches and building customer loyalty, I became the person people came to when projects got stuck. Clients started requesting more and more help building systems to keep teams organized and work moving.
I started building in Notion and the more I did, the more I realized how much you could do with it. And I kind of loved it. Turns out I liked building the systems more than running the campaigns.
Having spent my career in and alongside creative fields, I've seen how the wrong systems make already-demanding creative work harder than it needs to be. So I set out to build systems that actually work the way creative people do. Now I get to spend my days helping creative teams feel like themselves again: in control, clear-headed, and actually excited about their work.

Whether you're managing a brand studio, a film production, an interiors practice, or something else entirely, if your creative business depends on many moving parts working together, I'd love to hear where things are getting stuck.
